Jackson County ATV Association helps repair a damaged bridge railing

The Jackson County ATV Association assisted the Parks/Forest Dept recently by replacing a damaged bridge railing.

The 26th Annual Memorial Weekend ATV Rally is fast approaching, are you ready?! Register now for $12 and receive a Memorial Rally Poker Run Sheet, a FREE Iron County ATV trail map, and an Official Limited Edition Memorial Weekend Rally Bandanna, while supplies last.

The Poker Run sheet will feature a list of pit stops at area businesses all service great food & drinks all weekend long with the top three final hands drawn winning a pig pay back!! Winners will be notified by mail. There will also be a Memorial Rally Kick-Off Parade on Friday night, live music throughout the weekend, parties, prizes and more!

Marinette County ATV Trails will re-open May 6, 2011

Subject: ATV Trail Re-opening

The Marinette County ATV Trails will re-open May 6, 2011. The trails have been closed for spring breakup and because of downed trees/branches.

Marinette County is participating in a Pilot Program that will allow Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV’s) to use all designated all-terrain vehicle trails and routes in Marinette County. This Pilot Program will end on June 30, 2012.

UTV riders must register their Utility Terrain Vehicle at any Department of Natural Resources Service Center to be allowed on the Marinette County ATV trail system.

All Jackson County ATV Trails will OPEN on Saturday, May 14th.

Jackson County, in cooperation with the Black River State Forest, will open all ATV trails to UTVs (Utility Vehicles) beginning on May 14th. UTV's will be allowed to operate from May 14 through October 15th. UTV's must be registered for public use before using the public trails. ATV supporters want routes to link four area communities
