Tuscobia State Trail Temp Closure

Temporary Trail Closure. An intense thunderstorm this morning, with winds reaching 55 mph, has rendered a large section of the Tuscobia State Trail – from Winter east to Park Falls – impassable because of downed trees. The DNR has closed this section of the trail effective immediately. A crew is cutting away the blockages and clearing the trail. Trail manager Kathy Pospychalla, who is part of that crew, said she believes they will have the trail open Thursday.
